Burial Laws go for every wolf, Council member or not. The fallen deserve a proper outing and this is how one does it:

**NOTE: All burials must be carried out in the light of the moon at night.

When a pack member dies, they will be carried to the designated burial site, and a group of wolves will dig up a deep hole in the earth. Once the hole is dug, the alpha or the Head of the Council will speak these words before the dead:
T'siver lodae, unrea th' lank This translates into: "Long live thee, among the dead." Then the body will carefully be lowered into the earth by its kin or close friends, and the pack may pass by the grave and murmur their last words to the dead. After that, the body is covered in dirt, and the burial is done.
